World Figure & Fancy Skating Championships

The 2020 World Figure & Fancy Skating Championships are scheduled for New Year’s in Plattsburgh, NY. Now in its sixth year, this competition includes 14 assigned figures (some from the ISU schedule and some special figures), a creative figure, and a fancy skating segment to music. You don’t have to do them all; it’s ok to pick and choose. The ice is painted black for the event. In addition to the main event, there’s a junior championship for skaters under age 21.
